Terms of Service
The service
Continuo (continuo.fm) is operated by Impulse Arc LLC. It lets you upload audio and share it with listeners by streaming. By using Continuo you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
Your content
You keep all rights to the audio you upload. You grant Impulse Arc LLC a limited license to store, process, and stream your content solely to provide the service. You may only upload content you own or have the rights to share.
Copyright
If you believe content on Continuo infringes your copyright, email support@continuo.fm with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact information. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no malware, no abuse of the service or other users, and no attempts to circumvent access controls or usage limits.
Payments
Continuo uses metered usage pricing with a perpetual free allowance: every month, each account's first 5 GB of storage and 10 GB of streaming are free, and only usage beyond the allowance is billable (see Pricing). Nothing is billed yet; rates are provisional and will be finalized before billing begins. When billing begins, it will be processed through Stripe, with at least 30 days notice before any account is charged. Fees will be non-refundable except where required by law, and rate changes will be announced before your next billing period.
Termination
You can stop using Continuo and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything you upload. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impulse Arc LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
