Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account data: your email address, display name, and a hashed password. Content: the audio files you upload and their metadata (titles, durations, sizes). Technical data: standard server logs, including IP addresses, used for security and rate limiting.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Payments
Nothing is billed yet and Continuo collects no payment data. When metered usage billing begins, for usage beyond the free monthly allowance (see Pricing), payments will be processed by Stripe; we would store a Stripe customer reference, never card numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by its own privacy policy.
How your data is used
Only to provide the service: storing and streaming your audio and operating your account. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the service providers that run Continuo: Railway (application hosting) and Cloudflare (audio storage and streaming).
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete shares and files at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at /account/delete, or email support@continuo.fm.
Children
Continuo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
